Requirements



For registration

Each author can submit only one (1) summary with one registration.
All presenting authors must be registered.
The registration and abstract submission form must be filled by the presenter.
Confirmations for acceptance and distribution by thematic topics will be published on the site of KD2023 in the PROGRAMME section.
*Registration fee includes participant name badge, meeting materials, access to scientific meetings and exhibition area, coffee brake and PUBLICATION options.

VAT is included in the registration fee.

Invoices

The complete information for invoice must include invoicing address and VAT number.
This information and copy of payment order must be sent to both e-mails: info@nis.uni-sofia.bg and
KD2023@biofac.uni-sofia.bg, after making the payment to prepare the invoice.


Abstract Guidelines

а. Language: All abstracts should be submitted and presented in English, which is the official language of the conferences, using accurate grammar and spelling, suitable for publication. If in doubt, please arrange for the review of your abstract prior to submission, as it will be reproduced exactly as submitted.No proofreading will be done!!!
b. Corresponding Author: The abstract submission form should be completed by the Corresponding Author, who will be responsible for all future communications regarding the submitted abstract.
c. Title: Maximum 30 words.
d. Topic: Authors are invited to select the topic that best fits the scope of their abstract among the thematic topics of either conferences; the final assignment will be made by the Conference Committee.
e. Authors: Names of authors should be written in upper/lower cases with full first name and surname for each author, without abbreviations, followed by the number of affiliation.
The names and full affiliations of all authors should be entered.
f. Text Body: The text (excluding title, authors, and affiliations) should not exceed 2500 symbols with spaces. The use of tables, figures or references is not allowed. At the end you may include funding details as acknowledgements.


Presentation form

Authors are invited to express their preference for oral or poster presentation; the final assignment will be made by the Conference Committee.
Conference language: All abstracts, papers or poster presentations must be prepared in English.


Requirements for POSTERS

Poster size - 90x70 cm, portrait
Font size ≥ 18pt
The number of the poster from the PROGRAMME must be writen in the upper right corner of the poster!
